They were very helpful at the front desk and accommodating. Friendly staff at front desk. Had a party attended there and when the found out there was a problem he fixed right away. Rooms clean and comfortable.
The resort area is nice. We came during the winter and there isn't too much to do that is free. The half of the indoor water park was closed half the time we were there. The lodges are a good place to stay with family and play games though.
Pricing was reasonable. Breakfast buffet was overpriced for the food served. Drinks was overpriced. Dinner was good. Personnel was awesome. Rooms was clean, but coffee filter was left in coffee pot from previous guest and remote for tv didn't work well. Maintenance said they knew they had problems with them. Not enough garbage cans in room.
A great place to escape for the weekend, away from even the resort chaos of the Wisconsin Dells. Three Bears Lodge offers both a resort style hotel or cabins which can be rented out for large family gatherings, as mine did. The cabin rooms were spacious and accommodated the separate families within the larger cabin. With all of us sharing the spaces, we ended up with quite the deal, especially for a resort. The water park was a great way to kick back, although it is definitely geared towards young kids. This was my second stay at Three Bears and probably not my last!
Nice resort to get away to. Didn't try out the water park but the room was very nice (king sized suit w/Whirlpool). They also have a couple of restaurants on site. The fish at the brewery pub was cooked fast and quite tasty. There were definitely kids running up and down the hallway but the quiet hours were respected so it wasn't a big deal. Would definitely recommend.
